These aren’t fast-fashion accessories — they’re keepsakes made to ride through years of wear and be passed down long after us. Because of this heirloom quality, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not offered.

If life leaves its mark on your jewelry, we’ll be here to make it right.

  • Lifetime Repairs: We offer free, lifelong repair services on all Lonesome Silver, as long as the damage comes from normal wear.

  • What We’ll (Gladly) Fix: Loose stones, broken solder joints, worn chains, or the kind of wear that comes from being well-loved.

  • What Isn’t Covered: Lost or stolen pieces, damage from extreme, or, and repairs or the outside jeweler.

  • Shipping: You cover the shipping to us; we’ll handle the shipping back to you once the fix is done.

  2. Share your name, order number (if you have it), and a quick photo or description of what needs repaired.

  3. We’ll get back to you with the mailing address and packing instructions.
